The power God offers is readily available. You can experience God’s power today.

We live in a power hungry culture. It seems everywhere we look we can find someone rising up trying to gain more power and more influence – more, more, more. 

We have access to power that is not going to leave us wanting more. In fact, God promises He is willing to give us exactly what we need when we need it. He offers answers, help, hope, and a refuge for those who ask for it. 

So rather than beating my chest and demanding power, I’m learning power is found in humility rather than honor. It’s found in bowing to God rather than bending to culture. It’s found in standing for right rather than standing with the crowd. Power isn’t about who is watching or listening or being influenced. It’s about who we are looking to for answers and influence. 

Turn your eyes with me today to look at Jesus. There we find God’s power revealed. 

If you feel lacking in power, don’t let the enemy tell you that you’ll always feel powerless or you need the world’s approval to rise above the noise. You don’t need to rise above anything or anyone. God will do the lifting up and tearing down. He gives wisdom to those who ask. So ask. 

Experience God’s power today by asking for wisdom. You will find the power you are looking for.
